In terms of section 11 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, as amended (“ECTA”) these terms and conditions are binding and enforceable against all persons that access the M-Sure website or any part thereof or make use of any online services offered by M-Sure Financial Services (Pty) Ltd.

M-Sure’s live chat services are provided to support users as they navigate through applicable m-sure.co.za pages (applicable pages are those with the live chat button appearing on them) and through M-Sure’s Quick Quote functionality.
M-Sure will never ask you to disclose confidential information such as policy numbers through live chat. Please do not share policy numbers through live chat.
M-Sure may keep transcripts of your live chat for quality assurance purposes. We will not disclose live chat details to third parties, but they may be visible to third parties which provide online platforms through which we communicate with you. Your live chat conversation information may be appended to your M-Sure customer file.
M-Sure does not accept any liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred by use of or reliance on the information and advice provided via the live chat service.
